ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 

Space 

- Frontal space. Acting area: minimum depth 7.5m, width 7m, height minimum 4m over the whole space.

- An upraised tribune frontal to the acting area (so that the stage floor can be seen by all spectators) is absolutely preferable. In case this condition is not available, a stage is indispensable.

- The room must be silent and have a complete blackout.

- A black box is required. Three black walls or three black curtains.

- A black curtain (width: 3 m, height 4 m) should hang at a distance of minimum 1 m. from the back wall or curtain.

- Floor: level and even. Preferably a wooden floor, or a black linoleum dance floor in alternative.

Scenography 

The Organizer is required to provide:

- a solid table, preferably wooden (dimensions circa: height: 75 cm, width: 85 cm., length 150 cm.)

Electricity and light 

- The Organiser has to provide:

Dimer minimum 12 channels

Light desk

10 Fresnel 1000 watts with barndoors (or equivalent material)

5 PC 1000 watts with barndoors (or equivalent material)

2 profiles ETC 25°/50° zoom with iris (or equivalent material)

All the projectors must be provided with filter frames. 

Sound 

- Laboratorio di Altamira will provide the sound equipment for the performance (instruments, microphones and amplifiers), which will be installed on stage. The actors will control their own sound during the performance. 

- A multiple electrical connection (220 v) should be available on the back of the stage, behind the small black curtain.

Get-in and get-out

- The beginning of the get-in must as a minimum begin 12 hours prior to the beginning of the first performance.

- The get-out will take approximately 2 hours.

Travel by air

Approx. cargo weight 80 kgs. In all four suitcases plus musical instruments and amplifiers carried as hand luggage.
